The Man From Snowy River is a western-romantic movie. It is a story about a young boy Jim, who loses his father in an accident caused by a mob of horses. When Jim tries to inherit his father's land, the mountain men tell him that he has to be a man first & earn the right to the land. In conquest of earning the right, Jim takes up a job at a cattle ranch & starts working honestly with an aim to becoming a man.
