| Indy finds the golden idol |
This
action-adventure is about Indy’s (Harrison Ford) search for the Ark of the
Covenant before the Nazis. Adolf Hitler has a belief that the Ark of Covenant
shall make his army unbeatable.
Indy
searches an ancient temple in the Peruvian jungle to retrieve the golden idol.
Unfortunately he gets trapped by his rival archaeologist Rene Belloq (Paul
Freeman) & his henchman. Indy surrenders the idol & escapes in a
sea-plane. This process reveals Indy’s fear for snakes.

US
army intelligence agents inform Indy that the Nazis are seeking an artifact –
the Staff of Ra. Indy deduces that the Nazis must be looking out for the Ark of
the Covenant which contains the Ten Commandments; the Nazis believed that their
army will be invincible if they acquire the Ark. The Staff of Ra is the key to
find the chamber where the Ark of Covenant is buried. Indy gets authority to
find the Ark; & he has to do so before the Nazis.

Indy
travels to Nepal; only to learn that Ravenwood is dead & the headpiece is
with his daughter Marion Ravenwood (Karen Allen). Marion is Indy’s embittered
lover. They get surrounded by a Nazi agent Toht & some thugs. Indy &
Marion escape narrowly with the headpiece. The duo travel to Cairo, Egypt &
meet Indy’s friend Sallah (John Rhys-Davies) & learn that Belloq &
Colonel Dietrich along with a group of Nazis are also in search of the Ark with
a replica of the headpiece. Indy victoriously uncovers the Ark with the Staff
of Ra from the Well of Souls; but…Belloq, Nazis & Dietrich arrive.They
push Indy & Marion into the well & seal it. But! Being protagonists,
the duo somehow escape.

Indy
& Marion leave for England along with the Ark in a steamer. The next day,
Belloq, Nazis & Dietrich also board the same steamer & take away Marion
& the Ark. Indy tries to save her but gets captivated with Marion. Belloq
opens the Ark with grandeur but he is disappointed to see it at the first
glance. All of a sudden, spirits emerge from the Ark lightning balls begin to
come out of the Ark. Indy knows the danger of looking at the opened Ark so he
informs Marion & they close their eyes. Belloq, Toht, Dietrich & the
Nazi soldiers face a gruesome death. The Ark closes with a thunder.
The
Ark is safely given to the Army intelligence agents. They inform Indy & his
companion Brody (Denholm Elliott) who is a museum curator that the Ark is in
some safe place.
A must watch for all
you adventure lovers. The movie fills you with an adrenaline rush. You will be
at the tip of your seat as the movie goes ahead.

Movie Gist
The movie is about the adventures
of an archaeologist Indiana Jones aka Indy (Harrison Ford) in India. His
companions in the movie are a mad-over-gold night club singer, Willie Scott
(Kate Capshaw) & an 11-year old Chinese friend, Short Round (Jonathan Ke
Quan). The trio escape narrowly in a plane from Lao Che’s (Roy Chiao) clutches,
who is The Boss in the crime world in Shanghai. Indy & his companions are
unaware that the plane unfortunately belongs to Lao. The pilots leave the plane
deserted to crash over the Himalayas. The three of them manage to escape the
plane crash on a boat & ride down the raging Himalayan River. Feeling safe,
they reach Mayapore - a village in India. The villagers
of Mayapore consider them as their Savior sent by Lord Shiva, the Hindu God.
They request him to regain the Shivalinga – a sacred stone & the villagers’
children from the evil, negative forces of the Pankot Palace. 
The trio begin their journey to
Pankot Palace. Representatives of the Palace greet the trio warmly & are
requested to stay the night at the palace. They attend a royal banquet dinner
arranged by Maharaja Zalim Singh (Raj Singh) comprising of eerie dishes like
eyeball soup, baby snakes & large beetles; not to forget the monkey brains
served chilled for dessert.
The palace representatives snub Indy’s questions of the stolen Shivalinga & the children. Indy gets attacked by an assassin late in the night; & somehow manages to escape. The trio find the palace suspicious & come across a series of tunnels filled with insects & bugs. The tunnels lead them to a temple below the ground where they see The Thugee (Amrish Puri) worshipping Kali – a Hindu Goddess, by sacrificing humans. He removed the human heart & then put the person in the well of fire. Indy discovers that the Thugee & the sanguinary Mola Ram possess the 3 out of 5 Shankara stones. The children were enslaved & asked to mine the remaining 2 Shankara stones.
When the
trio escape from the temple, after a cart chase in the mine, they come up above
the ground level. They get trapped by Mola Ram & his people from both the
sides on the rope bridge. The bridge is over a flowing river filled with
crocodiles. Indy cuts the bridge from both ends & leaves everyone to hang
on. In a final tiff between Mola Ram & Indy, Mola Ram tries to snatch the
stones. Due to Lord Shiva’s conjuration, the stones start glowing red hot. Mola
Ram burns himself & falls into the river. Indy holds the now-cold stone.
Indy, Short Round & Willie return to the village triumphantly with the
children & the Shivalinga.Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade

Gist
The
movie revolves around Indiana Jones’s aka Indy’s search for his father who is a
Holy Grail scholar & is kidnapped by the Nazis.
Indy
(Harrison Ford), an eminent archaeologist & an adventurer, gets hold of a
diary which has hints & a map to the mysterious Holy Grail. The diary I sent
by his father, Dr. Henry Jones (Sean Connery) from Italy. Indy & Marcus (Denholm
Elliott), a museum curator, head to Italy when they learn about Henry’s
disappearance from Walter Donovan (Julian Glover). Henry is found abducted by
the Nazis. Indy’s rescue mission soon turns into an adventurous race to find
The Holy Grail before the Nazis can get their hands over it. The Nazis have
planned to rule the entire world using The Holy Grail’s super power. Indy once
again finds himself in an adventure which is death defying.
Indy’s
companions in in his trail are Marcus, a Sallah from Turkey & The Brotherhood of
the Cruciform Sword, a society secretly protecting The Holy Grail.
All
you Indy lovers, it’s a must watch. Dare you miss it!

The
movie is about Indiana Jones aka Indy’s adventure when he gets entangled in a
plot made by the Soviet, while uncovering the mystery behind some secret artifacts
– The Crystal Skulls.
A
group of Soviet Agents, led by Colonel Dr. Irina Spalko (Cate Blanchett),
abduct Indy (Harrison Ford) & his companion George McHale aka Mac (Ray
Winstone). The Soviets ask Indy & Mac to find a crate from some warehouse
for them. When the crate is found, Mac double-crosses Indy & joins the
Soviets. Indy manages to escape.

Indy
meets a motorcycle riding greaser – Henry Williams aka Mutt (Shia Lebeouf).
Mutt tells Indy that his old colleague Harold Oxley (John Hurt) got abducted when
he discovered a crystal skull in Peru. Indy tells Mutt about the supernatural powers
of the legendary crystal skull; & that whoever returns it to the city will
get control over those powers. Indy gets a letter from Mutt containing a riddle
in native American language. The duo, Indy & Mutt, get caught by KGB
agents; but somehow they escape from their clutches to Peru. On reaching Peru,
they learn that Oxley had a mental breakdown after handling the skull; so he

was in a mental hospital & then abducted by the Soviets. The duo search for
clues in Oxley’s cell & discover that the skull is at Francisco de Orellana’s
grave & that Oxley must have hidden it there.
In
short span of time, the duo get captivated by the Soviets. They find that Oxley
& Mutt’s mother – Marion (Karen Allen), who happen to be Indy’s
love, are also there. They come to know then that Mutt is Indy’s son. The four
of them try to escape but get re-captured. They try to escape again &
finally make it by fooling the Soviets, overcoming three waterfalls & yet
another narrow escape from the tribes. Mac joins them, posing to be on Indy’s side.
The
five of them finally reach the temple & enter the chamber having the
crystal skeletons. They notice that the skull of one of the skeleton is missing.
Just then the Soviets arrive & Spalko replaces the skull on the skeleton.

The alien skeletons start communicating. Spalko wishes to know everything. So,
the skeletons transfer their knowledge into her mind. Simultaneously the
skeletons activate the portal. Indy, Ox, Mutt & Marion run from the temple.
The temple crumbles down & a massive flying disc comes out from the temple
debris.
